General Questions
Q: What services does your delivery firm offer?
A: We provide next-day, ‘3-7 working day’, and scheduled deliveries for an array of products, bulk shipments, and unique items.
Q: What are your operating hours?
A: We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays, and our customer support line is available Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.

Q: Do you deliver perishable or fragile items?
A: Perishable items, no we don’t. Fragile items, yes we do. We offer specialised handling for fragile and unique items, all requirements and processes will be discussed before delivery.
Q: Can you handle bulk or corporate deliveries?
A: Yes, the majority of our clients are commercial and deal with bulk distribution. We work with a range of products and industries, such as eco and garden items, electrical items, olive trees and antiques. Contact us directly to discuss your ongoing requirements and expectations.
Booking & Shipping
Q: How do I book a delivery?
A: You can discuss your delivery requirements by calling 01603 408143 or sending an email to: [email protected]. Once you are set up on our system, your products and delivery schedules are uploaded automatically from your end, we then implement the best vehicle and journey for the job in hand.
Q: Do you offer contactless delivery?
A: It depends on the nature of the items being delivered. We can offer contactless delivery if it has been agreed beforehand. The driver will leave the package at the doorstep or in the ‘safe place’ and notify you upon arrival.
Q: Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
A: Yes, you can schedule a delivery for a future date and time through our booking software.
Tracking & Delivery
Q: How can I track my package?
A: You can track your package in real-time using our fulfilment software, it will inform you of any updates to your delivery.
Q: What happens if the customer isn’t available to receive the delivery?
A: If a customer isn’t in when we arrive, there are options. We can leave the package in the specified ‘safe place’, attempt delivery at another time or bring it back to our warehouse. You can specify your preference during the set-up process, and it’s important to note that additional charges may apply for redeliveries.
Q: What should I do if my package is delayed?
A: We have a 99% on-time and safe delivery rate, but if there is ever to be a problem, you can track your delivery through our system and/or give us a call for clarification.
Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: Although we have a 99% success rate for deliveries, accidents can happen, so if you ever need to log an incident, you can call or email. Compensation for such an event would be offered if it is our mistake in line with our T&Cs.
Pricing & Payments
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Our pricing varies based on package size, weight, and distance. The best way to find out the specific costs for our package/s is to contact us for a quote.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept most credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and bank transfers. Invoices are calculated and sent out at the end of each month, with 30-day terms.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No, our pricing is transparent. However, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I cancel a delivery after booking?
A: Yes, but cancellations must be made before dispatch to avoid charges
Q: How do I return an item?
A: If you need to organise a return, you can do so through our booking system. Any questions, you can always call our customer support line. please check with the sender. Further charges may apply.
